International Information Exchange

Out of the Consumer Safety Institute in the Netherlands has emerged a new newsletter: CISE (CSI's Injury Surveillance Exchange). CISE is an initiative designed to respond to a perceived and growing need for internal exchange of experiences in the area of injury epdeimiology, especially through the collection of epidemiological data at hospital emergency departments for the purpose of injury prevention. The hope is that CISE will inspire new initiatives in injury prevention, generate and exchange information in injury epidemiology, and promote collaboration between institutions involved in injury epidemiology and prevention CISE welcomes all contributions.
